Chlamydia

Chlamydia

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection caused by a bacteria and is spread through vaginal, anal, or oral sex with someone diagnosed with the infection. It is the most commonly reported bacterial STI in the United States. Most people who have chlamydia have no symptoms and are unaware that they have the condition. Unfortunately, if left untreated, chlamydia can lead to scarring of the reproductive organs that can cause problems conceiving in the future.
